How should I format my artwork?Upload your artwork in a JPG, PDF, PNG, GIF, TIFF, or BMP format at 100-300 DPI. Artwork should be formatted at either 8" x 10", 11" x 17", 13" x 19", 18" x 24", or 24" x 36" (vertically or horizontally is fine). All orders are printed full bleed, if you want borders make sure to include them in your artwork. You should include an extra 0.125" of background to each edge of your artwork for cutting. Please ensure no vital elements fall into this edge area as they will not be visible on the final product. What is the refund policy?We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order we will make it right with a replacement or refund. What sizes do you offer?We currently offer 5 sizes of posters: 8" x 10" , 11" x 17" , 13" x 19", 18" x 24", and 24" x 36". If you need a custom size, get in touch with us and we may be able to accommodate you. How long does it take?Generally, orders are processed and shipped out from the USA within 2 to 5 business days from the time you place them. Domestic shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days and international shipping takes 10 to 21 business days. We can print anything up to 300 DPI, however we recommend it be at least 100 DPI to ensure exceptional quality. All orders are printed full bleed, if you would like to have white margins, simply include them in your artwork.
